This week's featured product is the Kitchen Aid KEBS208SSS Stainless Steel 30 inch Double Oven. This oven features true convection and an automatic conversion. There are lots of manufacturers that use tricky language when talking about convection that are cheaper, but once you know the difference I feel the choice will be an easy one. True convection requires a manufacturer to have a fan that circulates the air in the oven, as well as, a third hidden element around that fan. The purpose of these two items is to allow the person using the oven to bake three racks of cookies at the same time with all of them getting finished at the same time. The top rack won't be half way finished and the bottom rack won't be burnt. Using the third hidden element lets the oven cook 33% faster than a standard thermal oven. Also the next, possibly most important, feature is the Easy Convect conversion that Kitchen Aid puts on their ovens. Easy Convect takes your old thermal recipe time and temperature and automatically converts it to convection so that you don't have to go through growing pains and waste food because you didn't guess right. That being said the thing to remember about built in appliances is your dimensions. There is no such thing as a standard size. 50 3/4" H
